“The Resource Matching and Referral User Group helps the program understand site-specific needs and concerns”

MandateThe purpose of the Toronto Central Home and Community Care Support Services Resource Matching and Referral (TC HCCSS RM&R) User Group (RUG) is to provide end-user feedback and direction for operational enhancements and discuss core business, workflow and reporting opportunities related to RM&R. RUG will also act as a communication forum for projects with existing operational impacts.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the main contact for communication to ensure front end-users are aware of decisions and changes
  • To advise, make recommendations and prioritize RM&R application changes that impact system users
  • Act as a representative of organization by providing the RM&R program with end-user feedback and business direction
  • Liaise with the IP, OP, ED, Decision Support staff to ensure their input is factored into any RM&R related changes
