Mandate
The purpose of the Toronto Central Home and Community Care Support Services Resource Matching & Referral (TC HCCSS RM&R) Technical Working Group (TWG) is to provide technical direction, input and recommendations to changes affecting the technical operations, processes and customer support of the RM&R Program. TWG will also act as a consultation forum for feedback, consensus and resolution on technical activities related to RM&R.
Responsibilities
- Review and provide input in regards to the release schedule, inclusive of downtime planning
- Provide recommendations to the RM&R Program for technical enhancements and report application defects
- Provide recommendations, where applicable, for technical operations and interoperability
