Mandate
The purpose of the Reporting and Analytics Working Group (R.A.W.G.) is to provide recommendations on the continued evolution and appropriate use of relevant RM&R data and information available and accessible within the RM&R data store. The R.A.W.G. reports into the RM&R Business Advisory Council.
The RM&R Business Advisory Council will be responsible for the decision-making activities related to Reporting and Analytics to approve access and sharing of RM&R data and information as per the RM&R Data Sharing Agreement. BAC may be leveraged to make joint decisions based on cross-committee recommendations and may be required to advise oversight for projects, as required.
Responsibilities
- Recommend and provide input on updates and modifications to existing reports, report definitions and dictionary elements
- Identify potential areas for further analysis of RM&R information to be used for health system planning by the HCCSS (e.g. indicators, targets, benchmarks, etc.)
- Highlight issues with data integrity and advise on improved data capture methods
- Participate in planning for future stages of RM&R reporting on existing care types (e.g. Business Intelligence tools)
