“The Business Advisory Council provides the Resource Matching & Referral Program with sector-based advice”
Mandate
The purpose of the Toronto Central Home and Community Care Support Services Resource Matching & Referral (TC HCCSS RM&R) Business Advisory Council (BAC) is to advise and provide business inputs into operational/ongoing activities to support the TC HCCSS RM&R program. BAC will include responsibilities related to Reporting and Analytics to approve access and sharing of RM&R data and information as per the RM&R Data Sharing Agreement. BAC may make joint decisions based on cross-committee recommendations and may be required to advise and provide oversight for projects, as required.
Responsibilities
- Act as sector champions by providing advice on TC HCCSS and regional initiatives and by engaging with sector stakeholders on behalf of TC HCCSS RM&R program
- Work with main contact or Lead from each organization within respective sectors to gather feedback and provide sector updates at BAC meetings
- Approve access and sharing of RM&R data and information as per section 4.4 of the RM&R Data Sharing Agreement
- Advise on continued evolution and appropriate use of relevant RM&R data and information available and accessible within the RM&R data store
- Chair of BAC will be appointed annually by TC HCCSS and will also be a representative on the TC HCCSS RM&R Executive Committee
- Members may be invited to join Project Committees, as required
