Downtime Policy

This policy outlines the process that supports referral procedures during all site or site specific downtime affecting senders and receivers. Each organization holds ultimate responsibility for implementing RM&R downtime procedures. All staff members must understand their role during a downtime event and comply with the instructions outlined in this policy.

User Account Management Policy

This policy outlines the procedures for registering users, including helpdesk users, and granting access to the Resource Matching and Referral (RM&R) application.

End User Account Policy

Resource Matching and Referral (RM&R) uses passwords as a key control to restrict and secure access to the application and applies reasonable safeguards to protect them from compromise, including brute force dictionary attacks, social engineering, and keystroke capture. Accessing RM&R with another user’s account is strictly prohibited.
